  1. Wendi, they look delicious. Eclairs were my favorite as a child, but yours seem to have been taken to a new level with peaches and caramel.
    I recently watched an episode of The French Chef which made me feel like pate au choux would not be impossible for me. Now I have even more confidence. Is there a way we can see the recipe without finding the magazine?
